The eagerly anticipated TV anime adaptation of the novel “Bye Bye, Earth” unveiled its premiere date on the Japanese satellite broadcaster WOWOW, scheduled for July 2024.

Alongside this announcement, the official website treated fans to a captivating key visual showcasing the series’ main characters.

In addition to Fairouz Ai, who was previously announced as the protagonist Belle Lablac, the series revealed seven more talented voice cast members:

  • Kouki Uchiyama voices Question=Adonis (known for his role as Banagher Links in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn).
  • Junichi Suwabe lends his voice to Loveluck=Cyan (famous for portraying Keigo Atobe in The Prince of Tennis).
  • Natsuki Hanae portrays Kitty=The All (renowned for his performance as Tanjiro Kamado in Demon Slayer:
  • Kimetsu no Yaiba). Satoshi Hino takes on the role of Shandy=Gaff (recognized for voicing Ainz Ooal Gown in Overlord).
  • Saori Hayami voices Shelly (known for her portrayal of Yor Forger in SPY x FAMILY).
  • Junya Enoki brings Guinness to life (notable for his role as Naoya Mukai in Girlfriend, Girlfriend).
  • Ami Koshimizu voices Benedictine (famous for portraying Sailor Jupiter in Sailor Moon Crystal).

The original “Bye Bye, Earth” novel, penned by Tow Ubukata, debuted in December 2000, featuring captivating illustrations by Yoshitaka Amano. Later, from 2007 to 2008, the novel received a four-volume release with artwork by Hyung-tae Kim.

A manga adaptation by Ryu Asahi was serialized in Young King Ours from 2019 to 2022, with four volumes already available in Japan.

Collaboratively developed by Crunchyroll, WOWOW, and Sony Pictures Entertainment Japan, the anime promises to captivate audiences with its enthralling storyline.
