On his first day as the fake president, Randal Jenkins (Devon Sawa) achieved something incredible: he defeated Chucky. Despite his quirks, he managed what others couldn’t for years. Now, Devon, Jake, and Lexy can feel safe knowing Chucky won’t harm them again.

However, a twist awaits in Chucky Season 3, Episode 7. Chucky returns as the ghost of Charles Lee Ray (Brad Dourif) and haunts the White House. This disturbs the peace between humans and other ghosts.

Meanwhile, Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly) faces her execution day, determined not to die. Chucky’s attempt to become a notorious serial killer ended with him melting ice at the North Pole. Jenkins ended his reign of terror.
