The Untouched Anthem

Reports hinted at WWE’s contemplation of a music alteration for Randy Orton. The proposed strategy involved a temporary return to his classic theme, followed by the introduction of a revamped version in subsequent appearances. Yet, WWE ultimately scrapped the notion entirely, opting to retain “Voices” by Rev Theory.

Corey Brennan, on the Fightful podcast, shed light on the behind-the-scenes discussions. He disclosed that Def Rebel had crafted a new entrance theme for Orton. However, the composition failed to resonate with Orton, Triple H, and Michael Hayes, who swiftly vetoed it within minutes of its audition.

Randy Orton himself acknowledged the deliberation surrounding the alteration of his iconic anthem. Nonetheless, WWE fans collectively breathed a sigh of relief when the decision was made to preserve Randy Orton’s timeless theme song.

For enthusiasts, the preservation of Orton’s signature tune symbolizes continuity and nostalgia, cementing its status as an emblem of his illustrious career.
