Despite being considered one of the best wrestlers ever, AJ Styles recently admitted he’s retired a signature move.

The Phenomenal One” Adapts

In a recent interview, Styles explained the “Spinal Tap,” a complex maneuver involving a mid-air flip, has become difficult to perform due to his age. He hasn’t practiced it in a long time and doesn’t want to risk a sloppy execution.

Styles emphasized his commitment to excellence. He stated that if a move can’t be done perfectly, it shouldn’t be done at all. He acknowledged that younger wrestlers like Will Ospreay could still perform the move with ease.

This showcases the ongoing evolution of a legendary wrestler, and fans can expect to see The Phenomenal One continue to amaze audiences with his in-ring skills for years to come.
