Recap
The first episode of A Condition Called Love starts with Hinase at a cafe with her friend Hibiki Asami, where they witness Saki Hanahoi breaking up with his girlfriend.
Later, Hinase encounters Saki sitting alone in the snow and offers him her umbrella out of concern. The next day, Saki asks her out in front of the whole class.
Later, Hinase borrows a clip from one of her friends but loses it while running in the field. When Saki learns about this, he offers to search the field with her, but they’re unable to do so due to the heavy snow.
Later that night, Saki calls Hinase to ask what the hairclip looks like, showing that he’s still looking for it despite the snow.
Hinase rushes to the school grounds and scolds him for being reckless, but she’s touched by his kindness and effort.
The following day, Saki waits for Hinase after school and returns the hair clip to her, explaining that he searched for it after the snow melted.
Hinase, grappling with the complexities of love and her own feelings, notices a shift in her heart after spending time with Saki and witnessing his efforts.
Ultimately, she accepts his proposal, much to Saki’s delight, who joyfully hugs her in front of everyone.
