Goodbye Earth is a psychological thriller series starring Ahn Eun Jun and Yoo Ah In in the lead roles. An asteroid is heading towards Earth, threatening to destroy it in just 200 days. Panic spreads worldwide as people come across the scary news.
Jin Se Kyung, a middle-school teacher, decides to leave her job. She starts to volunteer at a child and youth division in her city hall, hoping to help those in need during this crisis. Her longtime boyfriend, Ha Yoon Sang, rushes back from his job as a researcher in the U.S. to be with her in South Korea as the end of the world draws near.
Meanwhile, Woo Sung Jae, an assistant priest, steps up to care for his parishioners when the head priest disappears in the face of the impending disaster. Kang In A, a combat support battalion commander, works tirelessly to provide aid and security in the devastated city of Woongchun.
