ADOR Requests Fans’ Cooperation Regarding NewJeans’ Airport Arrivals

ADOR issues official statement through legal representative Sejong to address ongoing controversies.

ADOR, the agency representing NewJeans, has issued a formal request to fans urging them not to give letters or gifts to the members at airports due to safety concerns.

In a notice released on April 5, KST titled “Information on How to Deliver Fan Letters to NewJeans (No Giving Letters at the Airport),” ADOR emphasized the importance of safety during congested situations with heavy human traffic.

The agency highlighted recent incidents involving large crowds gathering at airports during NewJeans’ departures and arrivals, underscoring the potential dangers associated with such situations.

ADOR clarified that NewJeans does not accept gifts from fans under any circumstances. Instead, fan letters are encouraged to be delivered through designated methods, such as the agency’s PO box or via NewJeans fan club managers during open music shows or in-person fan sign events.

The agency’s full English statement reiterated its stance on safety and proper fan interaction protocols:

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the fans who have been showing love and support for NewJeans.

Given recent incidents at airports involving large crowds, we wish to remind fans that giving presents or fan letters in congested areas poses significant safety risks.

NewJeans do not accept gifts, and fan letters are only accepted through designated channels like our PO box or fan club managers at authorized events.
