NXT Tag Team Champions Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin squared off against Alpha Academy, represented by Otis and Akira Tozawa, on the March 26 edition of WWE NXT. They would have advanced to the NXT Stand & Deliver tag team championship contest with a victory, but Breakker and Corbin prevailed.

Alpha Academy discussed their loss in an NXT exclusive. Maxxine Dupri acknowledged her teammates’ efforts while expressing disappointment.

She emphasized the significance of getting back together with Coach Gable, starting over, and coming up with a fresh strategy. She is adamant that her team will win a championship gold eventually.

“It’s bittersweet to be back,” Maxxine said. Although it’s always pleasant, the outcome wasn’t what we had hoped for. Ultimately, though, my boys played an incredible match. We have to return from here and speak with Coach Gable.
