Becky Lynch Admits She Was Afraid She Would Be Fired by Vince McMahon Following Her Pregnancy

Becky Lynch has had an incredible career in wrestling, full of both triumphs and setbacks. Even though Lynch had been quite successful—she had even won two titles at WrestleMania 35—she remained uncertain about her pregnancy.

Lynch gave Asuka the belt when she declared her pregnancy on WWE Monday Night RAW in May 2020. She was afraid to confront Vince McMahon about her concerns over her future with WWE.

In her autobiography “The Man,” Lynch describes her fear of telling McMahon and discussing possible ways to stay in the WWE with Seth Rollins.

Lynch was relieved to hear from McMahon and receive sincere congratulations, as her worries about losing her job had vanished. She is now getting ready for a huge match at WrestleMania 40 against Rhea Ripley.
