Chainsaw Man has reached a pivotal moment, with creator Tatsuki Fujimoto delivering a game-changing revelation in chapter 161. Asa Mitaka, a central character, finally learns the true identity of Chainsaw Man and the connection to Denji unfolds in a dramatic fashion.

In this latest chapter, Asa and Fami lead their group through the Tokyo Devil Detention Center, where they stumble upon Chainsaw Man’s dismembered form, contained within boxes by the Public Safety Commission.

Determined to confront the devil on their terms, the group endeavors to reconstruct Chainsaw Man, leading to Asa’s eventual revelation.

Amidst the boxes, Denji’s head lies separate from his body, prompting the team to piece together the puzzle of his identity before Asa’s arrival. When Asa finally learns the truth, she is left stunned by the unexpected disclosure.

Interestingly, Denji had previously attempted to disclose his identity to Asa during a private conversation. Despite his confession, Asa dismissed it as improbable, only to realize the truth later on.

Now faced with the reality of Denji’s dual existence, Asa’s life is poised to become even more complicated.
