Changsub is set to go on hiatus following BTOB’s fan concert due to throat problems. Fantagio, Changsub’s label, disclosed on March 20 that he would be pausing his engagements following BTOB’s forthcoming fan concert ‘2024 BTOB Fan-Con Our Dream’.

The label stated that Changsub had recently sought medical attention for his ailing throat, with healthcare professionals advising him to abstain from singing songs that exacerbate his throat condition.

Fantagio stated, 

“We decided to provide treatment and control of Lee Changsub’s throat condition according to medical staff’s opinion.

Aside from the scheduled BTOB fan concert, we’re in the process of making adjustments, and we ask for your understanding in advance that there may be cancellations or postponements.” 

Lee’s signing with Fantagio was revealed on November 23, 2023. Despite being under a different agency, Lee expressed his intention to uphold BTOB group activities alongside his members.
