After a tweet endorsing former President Donald Trump appeared on his Twitter account, Chief Keef claimed that his account had been hacked. The now-deleted tweet featured an image of Keef at a White House podium with the caption “Trump 2024.” Responding to the situation on Instagram, Keef informed his fans about the hack, stating, “Twitter is hacked: Management.”

Despite retracting this endorsement, Chief Keef has previously shown support for Trump. In 2023, Trump was arrested on charges of attempting to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia and made history as the first former President to have a mugshot taken.

Keef responded to this news by posting a photoshopped image of Trump associated with the Gangster Disciples and commented that “the Blacks” would support Trump in prison.

Keef’s post included a message expressing confidence in Trump’s ability to handle prison life, suggesting that Trump would be well-treated by the Black community there. He wrote enthusiastically about Trump’s potential to adapt and thrive in that environment.

In a related context of political opinions within the music industry, Swae Lee recently shared his thoughts on Vice President Kamala Harris, urging his followers to research her policies. He criticized her for signing off on decisions that he believes are detrimental to the Black community and expressed frustration over tax dollars being sent abroad instead of benefiting Americans.

Swae Lee’s remarks highlight a broader skepticism among some in the Black community regarding political figures. He emphasized that voting based solely on racial identity without considering policy impacts can be harmful. He pointed out that significant funds sent abroad could have provided substantial financial benefits to American citizens.
