Marvel Studios has dropped the highly anticipated first trailer for Deadpool 3, featuring Ryan Reynolds reprising his role as the irreverent Wade Wilson and a surprising appearance by Hugh Jackman as Wolverine.

This marks the only Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie slated for release in 2024, following the Hollywood strikes that affected the industry in 2023.

The film, directed by Shawn Levy and titled “Deadpool & Wolverine,” is set to conclude the Deadpool trilogy and is generating significant excitement as it integrates Deadpool into the Avengers-themed MCU.

After weeks of speculation and amidst numerous Deadpool 3 set photos circulating online, the trailer made its debut during the 2024 Super Bowl, confirming the official title of the film.

Directed by Shawn Levy, who collaborated on the script with Reynolds, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Zeb Wells, “Deadpool & Wolverine” promises to be a major entry in MCU’s Phase 5.

Additionally, “Deadpool & Wolverine” hints after the Fox-Marvel universe, with Wolverine (played by Hugh Jackman) making a mysterious return.
