Intrigued by this, Laios investigates a cracked wall that might hold secrets to their predicament, but his curiosity is cut short. A shadowy figure emerges, startling Laios with a warning about being under the watchful eye of “the magician’s eye.”
This alarming message throws Laios into a state of worry, and he quickly shares his concern with his companions. The mood tightens as Marcille senses a small dragon lurking nearby. In her panic, she shoves Chilchuk against a wall, which surprisingly absorbs him.
The group is stunned by this strange phenomenon, but they quickly use the peculiar wall as their escape route to a new section of the dungeon. Once safe, Laios takes a closer look at the wall and notices it leaking droplets.
He figures out that these are produced by Dungeon Cleaners, mysterious creatures tasked with keeping the dungeon tidy and intact by dissolving blockages and fixing damaged spots with their secretions.

Delicious In Dungeon Episode 16 Recap
In Episode 16 of “Delicious in Dungeon,” the story progresses with Chilchuk telling his friends that he’s figured out how the dungeon’s layout changes.
This happens just as Marcille realizes they are back at the place where they previously ate the Red Dragon. At this moment, Laios notices a cracked wall and checks it out.
Suddenly, a mysterious man appears and warns Laios that a magician is watching him. This scares Laios, and he quickly shares what the man said with the others.
Soon after, Marcille feels a small dragon’s presence nearby. She reacts by pushing Chilchuk against the wall, which unexpectedly absorbs him, surprising everyone. They then use this wall to escape to another part of the dungeon.
Once safe, Laios examines the wall more closely and finds out it is releasing droplets. He explains to the group that these are from Dungeon Cleaners, creatures that help keep the dungeon in good condition by removing obstacles and repairing damage.
He tells them these creatures aren’t usually dangerous, but they will remove anything that gets in their way. The group then stops for a break and starts eating. During the meal, Laios talks about the strange visions he has been having.
Chilchuk suggests that Laios should see a doctor when they get back to the outside world. Their break is suddenly interrupted by a giant spider that captures Laios with its silk.
At the same time, members of Shuro’s party appear and take Marcille, Chilchuk, and Senshi as hostages. Tensions rise when Maizuru, one of Shuro’s allies, suggests harming one of Laios’s friends, but Shuro stops her.
Shuro recognizes Laios and his team and tries to calm the situation. Laios introduces Shuro to Senshi and tries to be friendly with Shuro and his group. Kabru, another member of Shuro’s party, talks to Laios.
Although Kabru is confused because he thinks Laios might have stolen from them in the past, he decides to wait and see what Laios says about it.
During their chat, Chilchuk jokes about Shuro’s party mostly being women. Shuro explains they are just his helpers. He also apologizes for leaving Laios’s party before.
Shuro and Kabru are surprised to hear from Marcille that she and her friends defeated the Red Dragon. Shuro then asks about Falin, another friend, just before he faints from not eating.
Laios quickly gives Shuro some food and promises to explain everything about the Red Dragon and Falin. As they eat, Laios suggests splitting their large group into smaller teams for better safety.
Laios shares their full adventure, including their encounter with the Red Dragon and a dangerous elf magician, catching Kabru’s interest and shocking Shuro.
Meanwhile, Maizuru and Senshi talk about cooking and her past with Shuro. The episode shifts back to Laios and Shuro just as Shuro learns that Laios used forbidden magic to revive Falin, turning her into a part-dragon creature.
Angry, Shuro confronts Laios, and the scene escalates quickly. The episode ends with Falin, who is now changed, saying she wants to find Lord Delgal.
