Emma was particularly upset that she wasn’t given a chance to defend herself or provide evidence to counter the rumors. She labeled Nicole a “pathological liar” and a “disgusting human being,” calling the situation slanderous and defamatory.
Emma made it clear that she wanted a sincere apology from Nicole, accusing her of causing significant damage with the false allegations. Despite the tension, Emma remains adamant that there is “zero truth” to the claims and is prepared to prove her innocence.
Other Selling Sunset cast members have shown support for Emma throughout this controversy. Chelsea Lazkani and the Oppenheim brothers, Jason and Brett, reportedly reached out to Emma to offer their backing.
Chrishell Stause, a close friend of Emma, also publicly defended her, calling out Nicole for spreading a “disgusting lie” about her friend. Chrishell had previously clashed with Nicole during season six of the show and has no interest in reconciling, reinforcing her stance against Nicole in recent interviews.
Nicole, on the other hand, doubled down on her statements, responding on Instagram that as a married woman, she values the sanctity of marriage and believes tough questions should be directed at Emma.
She insisted that the information she shared was a rumor, even mentioning that Emma had been confronted about the situation during the season seven finale by the wife’s best friend. Despite these claims, Nicole stopped short of offering further evidence, stating that it was merely a rumor.
In the ongoing fallout, Emma and her supporters remain firm in their belief that the accusations are false, with Chrishell stating that Emma will eventually prove her innocence.
While Nicole has declined to comment further on the matter, the drama has escalated tension among the cast, and it seems unlikely that there will be any reconciliation between Nicole and her costars in the near future.
