Our streaming services pass the agonizing time as winter gives way to spring and the notion of summer peeks into our thoughts. Our screens are possibly more alluring than ever in March, a month filled with award shows, including the 2024 Academy Awards.

Apple TV+, in particular, has been adding a ton of brand-new series, thrilling second seasons, and even an Academy Award-nominated film to its back catalog. In light of that, take a look at every new television show and movie that Apple TV+ will be carrying in March.

A plethora of captivating mysteries, grand biopics, and hilarious comedies are coming to Apple TV Plus in March. This month, the much awaited Kristen Wiig-starring historical comedy “Palm Royale” makes its premiere, offering us a glamorous taste of the days to come.

In March, there will be enough for history lovers to enjoy on Apple TV Plus. Napoleon, a biopic directed by Ridley Scott about the war-tried French emperor, and “Manhunt,” a drama about the high-stakes manhunt that follows President Lincoln’s assassination, are also available on the streaming site.

March 1

  • The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin:

In “The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin,” Noel Fielding plays Dick Turpin, who reluctantly takes on the role of leader of a gang of criminals. His mission is to outwit Jonathan Wilde, a self-appointed thief-taker and corrupt lawman (Hugh Bonneville).

Turpin, the most well-known but least likely highway robber in this humorous retelling set in the 18th century, is primarily known for his charm, flair, and amazing hair.

Turpin experiences the highs and lows of his new ventures, including a near-celebrity encounter, with his group of endearing misfits, all while attempting to elude the thief-taker.

  • Napoleon:

The Oscar-winning performance of Joaquin Phoenix as the renowned French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte is told in the spectacle-filled action epic “Napoleon.”

The film depicts Napoleon’s relentless rise to power through the prism of his addictive, volatile relationship with his one true love, Josephine, against a breathtaking backdrop of large-scale filmmaking masterminded by the renowned Ridley Scott.

It also features some of the most dynamic and realistic battle sequences ever filmed, showcasing Bonaparte’s visionary military and political tactics.

March 08

  • The Reluctant Traveler With Eugene Levy (Season 2):

Emmy Award winner Eugene Levy pushes himself once more after facing some of his deepest anxieties in season one. This time, he’s going on a major tour of Europe, which is a trip that every reputable traveler must take.

The second season of the critically praised travel series, which consists of seven parts, follows Levy as he travels from the extreme north to the very south of the continent.

Along the journey, he visits some of the most unusual places in the area, finds his family tree, and unearths beautiful hidden gems. He also tries to expand his palate. Accompany him on the journey of a lifetime that he was unaware he needed.

  • Manhunt:

“Manhunt” is a conspiracy thriller based on the New York Times bestselling and Edgar Award-winning nonfiction book by author James L. Swanson. It tells the incredible tale of the search for John Wilkes Booth during the time following Abraham Lincoln’s assassination, which is one of the most well-known but little-known crimes in history.

  • Ted Lasso (2020- ):

For its last season, the well-liked comedy about an American football coach leading a British soccer club is back on Apple TV Plus.

March 17

  • Extrapolations (2023- ):

Stories about the repercussions of climate change in the not-too-distant future are told in this limited anthology series. Meryl Streep, Tobey Maguire, Edward Norton, Forest Whitaker, and others are in the cast.

March 20

  • Palm Royale:

A real underdog tale, “Palm Royale” follows Maxine Simmons (Kristen Wiig) as she tries to get into Palm Beach’s exclusive society. The same question that still perplexes us today is posed in “Palm Royale” as Maxine tries to bridge that invisible boundary between the haves and the have-nots:

March 24

  • My Kind of Country (2023- ):

This singing competition, which seeks to discover fresh talent in the country genre, is executive produced by Reese Witherspoon. The prize for the winner is “a life-changing prize from Apple Music.”

March 29

  • Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock (Season 2):

The beloved Jim Henson series “Fraggle Rock” is being revived as “Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock,” and in its second season, the Emmy Award-winning cast returns for more thrilling, epic adventures with the Fraggles!

This time, with significant changes impacting the Rock, the Fraggles, the Doozers, and the Gorgs, they will have to face their history and embrace their unity as they overcome obstacles as a team with humor, hope, and brand-new tunes, all the while letting their worries go down at Fraggle Rock.

They will be in the area of Milos, where they will play soccer in Seville, Spain, with a famous Spanish soccer player, and learn about medieval practices while harvesting grapes in Italy.

  • The Big Door Prize (2023-):

A weird machine appears in a tiny town’s general store. It seems to be able to reveal to people their actual potential in life. Chris O’Dowd is the show’s star.
