Fans have voiced their concerns, citing disappointment over the limited interaction despite subscribing to (G)I-DLE’s communication platform. They note that the frequency of member communication and interaction falls short of expectations, with no messages or greetings posted even on significant occasions such as the group’s recent 6th debut anniversary.

A netizen identified as a fan of Jeon So-yeon attracted attention with a message directed at the idol on social media. The message urged Jeon So-yeon to prioritize communication with fans, emphasizing her role as an idol before being a producer.
