Following the acknowledgment of her romance with actor Ryu Jun Yeol and the consequent speculation surrounding a ‘transient relationship’, Han So Hee has faced the termination of her advertising model contracts.

In early March, Lotte Chilsung confirmed the conclusion of Han So Hee’s one-year contract for the brand ‘Chum Churum’, which was not renewed.

Lotte Chilsung representatives stated,

“Following the expiration of her contract, no renewal was pursued,” and added that her replacement for the role has yet to be determined.

Despite Han So Hee’s lack of involvement in the contract expirations, industry analysts are intrigued by Lotte Chilsung’s swift decision, marking the first instance in eight years of a model change for ‘Chum Churum’ within a year.

NH Bank has also opted not to renew its contract with Han So Hee, planning to recruit a new model and begin promotional activities soon. Han So Hee’s association with NH Bank as a model since 2021 concluded earlier this month.

The comment section for her advertisement on the used car trading platform, Hey Dealer, has been closed following criticism related to the recent relationship controversy.

In response to the backlash, Han So Hee announced her intention to pursue legal action against malicious comments on March 18 KST.
