His outstanding Boston University academic record speaks volumes about his potential. Hutson became a dominant force in 38 games during his sophomore season, leading all NCAA defensemen with an incredible 49 points, which included 15 goals and 34 assists.

Despite Boston University’s heartbreaking loss in the Frozen Four, Hutson’s individual achievements have been exceptional. He was not only a top-10 finalist for the prestigious Hobey Baker Award for the second consecutive season but also secured a spot on the Hockey East First-Team All-Star roster for the second time.

With a total of 97 points and 10 game-winning goals over two college seasons, Hutson has proven himself as a force to be reckoned with on the ice.
