Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner, stars of Married at First Sight, have expanded their family with the arrival of twin boys on September 18 in Sarasota, Florida. The couple, who married during the reality show’s first season in 2014, named the twins Hawkins Tyler Hehner and Huxley James Hehner.
Hawkins was born first at 6:05 p.m., weighing 6 lbs., 4 oz., followed by Huxley three minutes later, weighing 6 lbs., 8 oz. The twins join their older siblings, Henley Grace, 7, and Hendrix Douglas, 4, making the Hehner family a family of six.
Jamie and Doug’s journey to grow their family was not easy, as they experienced significant fertility challenges. In 2016, they lost their first child, Jonathan Edward, at 17 weeks of pregnancy. They then suffered two additional pregnancy losses before successfully welcoming their two older children, Henley and Hendrix. These struggles made the birth of their twin boys particularly special for the couple.
