Jang Nara and Son Ho Jun, stars of “My Happy Ending,” engaged with their global fan base through a live event hosted by Rakuten Viki on February 14, Valentine’s Day. Known for their fantastic chemistry as a married couple in the 2017 drama “Go Back Couple,” the duo reunited after six years for “My Happy Ending.”

During the live event, they responded to questions from fans worldwide, sharing behind-the-scenes anecdotes, memorable moments, and their thoughts on the drama.

Son Ho Jun, emphasizing his positive experience, remarked, “The reason I chose to do this project was because of Jang Nara. It was good the first time we worked together, but this time it was even better. I had a lot of trust [in Jang Nara], and thanks to her flexible acting, I was able to draw the best results.”

Jang Nara added, “It was comfortable and enjoyable. It was fun to act [with Son Ho Jun] as a couple in a slightly different atmosphere. Next time, it would be nice to meet as colleagues or rivals.”

When asked about meeting their characters, Seo Jae Won and Heo Soon Young, in real life, Jang Nara expressed a desire for the characters to have a more honest conversation. Son Ho Jun concurred, stating, “If the two had talked even just a little more, this situation wouldn’t have happened.”

“My Happy Ending,” currently airing on Rakuten Viki, has garnered international acclaim. In the first week of February, the drama entered the top 5 in 26 countries, including the United States, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

It has consistently held a position in the top 10 in approximately 50 countries, spanning the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland.
