The eagerly anticipated ‘Jinny’s Kitchen’ Season 2 has officially commenced filming, marking the return of the popular reality series. On February 15, KST, a tvN representative confirmed the commencement of filming for the second season.

While expressing the enthusiasm surrounding the new season, the representative conveyed a cautious approach, stating, “It’s true that filming for ‘Jinny’s Kitchen’ season 2 is underway. Please understand that we cannot disclose more specific information, such as the location of filming, for everyone’s safety.”

The representative also added a note of anticipation, urging fans to patiently await the official premiere of the new season to discover details about the cast lineup. The decision to keep certain details confidential is a measure taken to ensure the safety and security of the production.

As a spin-off to the original reality series ‘Youn’s Kitchen’, ‘Jinny’s Kitchen centers around actor Lee Seo Jin as he ventures into opening his restaurant abroad. The show captures the journey of serving modern and popular Korean dishes to a diverse array of foreign customers.

The cast lineup for Season 1 included Lee Seo Jin, Jung Yoo Mi, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Sik, and BTS’s V. Notably, BTS member V is currently fulfilling his mandatory military service, and consequently, he will not be part of the cast for Season 2.
