A substantial portion of the donations—66%—came from first-time contributors, highlighting a shift in support to Harris after Biden’s exit and his endorsement of her candidacy. This wave of financial backing is complemented by the efforts of 170,000 volunteers dedicated to her campaign.
With the election just 100 days away, these volunteers are actively engaging in various campaign activities to bolster her chances of securing the White House.

A campaign rally initially planned for Biden on July 27 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, surpassed its fundraising goal significantly, raising $1.4 million instead of the expected $400,000. Harris has garnered support from prominent political figures, including Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, and Nancy Pelosi. Additionally, endorsements from former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama have further strengthened her position. An endorsement video released on July 26 highlighted this broad base of political support, enhancing her visibility and credibility as a candidate.
Despite attempts by Donald Trump and Senator JD Vance to portray Harris as out of touch with mainstream America, her impressive fundraising results and the high level of support from both financial backers and influential politicians indicate a strong and growing campaign.
