The leaked report discloses that Kurt Cobain had consumed various drugs during his final moments, including Valium and heroin.

Several reports reveal that Cobain, who was 27 at the time of his death, had been grappling with chronic depression and heroin addiction for years before this tragic incident.

Kurt Cobain Reportedly Employed A Shotgun On Himself

The alleged autopsy report revealing Kurt Cobain’s self-inflicted gunshot wound was initially uploaded online by Tom Grant on X. Grant, a private investigator, asserts to have been investigating the peculiar circumstances surrounding Cobain’s death since 1994.

Grant’s website presents evidence from his investigation into Cobain’s suicide case. At 27, Kurt Cobain left behind his wife, Courtney Love, and daughter, Frances Bean, in the wake of his tragic passing.

Cobain had penned a suicide note before his death, discovered near his body. According to Rock Celebrities, Courtney Love read the letter during her husband’s memorial.

It said, “Thank you all from the pit of my burning, nauseous stomach for your letters and concerns during the past years. I’m too much of an erratic, moody baby! I don’t have the passion anymore, and so remember, it’s better to burn out than to fade away. Peace. Love. Empathy. Kurt Cobain.”

It has been revealed that Kurt Cobain’s tragic death wasn’t his first attempt at suicide. One month prior, in March 1994, while in Rome, he had made an attempt by consuming a mixture of Rohypnol and champagne. Rohypnol, an anxiety medication, is known for inducing extreme drowsiness.

As reported by Health Day, Beverly, Kurt Cobain’s cousin and a registered nurse, chose to dedicate her efforts to teaching suicide prevention following her brother’s death.

In a 2013 interview, Beverly revealed that alcoholism had long been a pervasive issue in the Cobain household, a problem she witnessed growing up. She expressed no surprise when Kurt succumbed to it.
