Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill faces a lawsuit from Sophie Hall, a plus-sized influencer with over 2 million followers. She alleges her leg was broken during a backyard football lesson at Hill’s Florida mansion last year.

Hall, residing in Pasco County, states she was invited to join an offensive line-blocking drill after observing Hill’s training session. The lawsuit was filed on Friday in Broward County.

Hall stated she was invited to Hill’s residence after enrolling her son in the NFL player’s football camp last June.

According to the lawsuit, Hill initiated direct messages on Instagram, complimenting her height in a flirtatious manner.

After observing Hill’s training session on his turf field, Hall was invited to join an offensive line blocking drill. During the first repetition, standing at 6 feet 1 inch, she claims to have pushed the 5 feet 10 inches Hill backward, eliciting laughter from witnesses, including Hill’s trainer, mother, and sister.

During a subsequent repetition, Hill allegedly set up the same drill but reversed the roles. According to the lawsuit, the All-Pro receiver “charged into her violently and with great force,” causing significant and serious injuries.

Hall sustained a fractured right leg, necessitating surgery and the implantation of metal hardware, as stated in the complaint.

“Unfortunately, after getting ‘humiliated’ in front of friends and family when he was knocked backward during a friendly football lesson by his friend Sophie Hall, Tyreek became enraged, and forcefully and purposefully shoved Ms. Hall, severely fracturing her leg, requiring surgery with orthopedic reconstruction and hardware implantation,” the lawsuit states.

The complaint also references Hill’s history of “violent and aggressive behavior towards women.”

Hill was dismissed from Oklahoma State in 2014 following a domestic violence arrest, during which he pleaded guilty to assaulting and choking his then-pregnant 20-year-old girlfriend.

Hill, aged 29, recently concluded a highly productive season with Miami, achieving a career-high of 1,799 receiving yards on 119 catches with 13 touchdowns.
