Rasen’s journey to the Golden Tiger Clan’s village was quite adventurous but we finally got to see the moment we were waiting for. Rasen puts the Tutankha’s relic in his altar and receives a great power in the form of the Holy Grail. Not just that, the Golden Tiger Clan is rejuvenated and they swear their loyalty to Rasen.
It is quite a turn since the Golden Tiger Clan was initially very suspicious of Rasen because of him being a Mayton. Well, we might get to see another Mayton soon enough since Persia is near the Golden Tiger Clan’s village. Let us see if Rasen is able to quell Persia’s rampage in Youngest Scion of the Mages Chapter 58.
Persia Mayton is quite crazy and she is somewhat singlehandedly responsible for pushing the entire Golden Tiger Clan against a wall. Rasen’s sole reason for trying to get stronger is to fight against his psychotic older sisters who have violent tendencies. However, he did not expect to come across Persia so soon after gaining new power.
Just as he was about to leave for Hairan, there is a huge explosion and Rasen realizes that the flames are probably Persia’s doing. The Golden Tiger Clan did get some of their powers back since the God Constraint is gone but they aren’t strong enough to go up against Persia right now.
Currently, the MC is doing quests as directed by Kirtel to gain enough power and stand up against his elder sisters who are basically tyrants. Recap
In the previous chapter of Youngest Scion of the Mages, Rasen reaches the Golden Tiger Clan’s village along with Mirang but the members of the Golden Tiger Clan are not exactly very welcoming. They were still traumatized and hateful because of Persia Mayton’s massacre of Golden Tigers but Rasen manages to convince them.
He tells them that he is on an important mission given to him by Tutankha himself and shows them the Tutankha’s canine. Once he enters the village, the Golden Tigers are able to recognize the Tutankha’s canine right away because of the smell since their entire bloodline had been brainwashed.
When Rasen puts the canine in the hole on the altar, Tutankha’s hologram comes out of it and tells him about Pookie. There is a hilarious scene where Kirtel who is Tutankha calls the Holy Grail Pookie and the Holy Grain is extremely offended by the cutesy nickname given to him.
Kirtel explains that the Holy Grail is able to contain attributes outside of the body and it is especially useful for someone like Rasen who is not a conventional mage since the human body has limitations as well. Once everything is done, the altar begins shaking and breaks down, while the sky around the village changes.
The elder explains that the God’s constraint on the Golden Tiger Clan had been lifted and they were finally stronger. The elder talks about choosing an elder and says that Mirang would be a good candidate since she is quite strong after the constraint’s disappearance and she also has her tail intact.
