Welcome back to Episode 3 of Below Deck, Season 11. The first staff night out is fairly unremarkable in this week’s episode, “Breaking Barbie,” as Barbie quarrels with her employer about everything and Fraser begs Barbie to “just be nicer” to Cat after discovering more about Cat’s past.
But Fraser informs Captain Kerry that he’s finished with the Argentine princess after receiving too many backlash and a “hostile attitude.” These are a few of the standout scenes from Episode 3 of Below Deck, Season 11.
Bravo has made available the first seven minutes of the “Breaking Barbie” promo for Below Deck’s third episode of season 11. The clip features Bosun Jared Woodin and stewardess Barbie Pascual looking quite cute together.
The Below Deck season 11 cast can be seen in the teaser trailer getting ready for their first joint drinking event. Barbie showed interest in Jared during the night out, in spite of Lead Deckhand Ben Willoughby’s best attempts. There appeared to be a love spark between Barbie and Jared.

South African yachtie Xandi Olivier overindulges in alcohol at the preview for episode 3, to the point where she tumbles into the hot tub. Chef Anthony Iracane told Chief Steward Fraser Olender about his father’s heart attack death two years prior.
Ben made an effort to flirt as much as he could with Barbie throughout the way downtown to the Aquarium Restaurant. He helped her off the boat first. While they were sitting in the back of the van, the self-described “stew slayer” reached over to push her trouser leg up to reveal her one tattoo.
Ben didn’t think she was responsive enough right away, though. He continued by praising Sunny Marquis, a Canadian deckhand. Jared and Barbie conversed during a large portion of the meal.
Barbie is moved by Jared’s commitment to being a father.
Barbie is impressed by Jared’s commitment to being a father (Excellent!). “Are you aware that Jared has a unicorn tramp stamp?” she asked during supper. Jared clarified, “That’s my little daughter’s all-time favorite thing.”
Then he said that he had never met her as her mother had moved back to her native Alaska without telling him she was expecting. Jared went on to say that as soon as he learned, he began facetiming his daughter twice a week, once she turned one. She only confessed her love to me three weeks ago.
It seems that his pickup line was unsuccessful. However, it’s unlikely that anything happens between Barbie and Jared. After a turbulent boatmance between Kyle and Barbie, Jared leaves this charter season quickly. Jared did, however, inform Bravo that Barbie was his closest boat buddy.
On the second charter, though, Barbie lets Ben know that she has feelings for Jared. It seems that everyone is after you. Ben said to her, “I know you’re entertaining them all at the same time.” Yes, I do like everyone. Jerry in particular, though,” she responded.
“Are you serious about this?” Disgusted, Ben said. Like, we have a lot in common. I can’t help but be drawn to people’s spirits. To be honest, I’m sad to say that all of my ex-boyfriends look fairly horrible,” Barbie said. “I don’t believe I am attracted to beauty. Not because he’s unattractive; Jared looks good.”
In other events, it appears that after the charter season concluded, Kyle might have brought Barbie to meet his mother.
