The fifth series of The Masked Singer UK 2024, the most-viewed guessing game in the country, is scheduled to debut on television. Once more, twelve new celebrities will take on twelve different characters and go on stage to perform a song disguised.
Over the years, Saturday night entertainment performances have grown in popularity among families; if you’ve never heard of them, you’re in for a treat. There are twelve mysterious celebrities that emerge in each season. To conceal their true identity, they all take on unique personas and dress in exquisite clothes. Finding out who is lurking behind the mask is our responsibility!
The panel and onlookers will be perplexed by each hidden celebrity’s disguised singing as they approach the stage, but we won’t find out which well-known face is lurking beneath the costume until the character is eliminated.

Tonight, there will be two eliminations, making the final five Masked Singers. The two celebrities will remove their masks and disclose who they are at the end of the performance. Who is going to hide? All eight of the remaining masked singers hit the stage, joined by special guest Ellie Goulding, along with Joel Dommett, Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, and Mo Gilligan.
This week, Maypole opened with a rendition of Let You Love Me by Rita Ora, who also happens to be on the show. Cricket sang Fuse ODG’s song “Antenna” next. Dippy Egg was the third act on Saturday, and they made an impression with their “best vocal yet” when they sang Moon River by Audrey Hepburn. Big Foot’s most recent song selection was Shut Up and Dance by Walk The Moon.
Air Fryer, the following performer this week, dazzled with a powerful rendition of the song “Defying Gravity” from the musical Wicked. In their most recent performance, the Eiffel Tower sang Stay by Rihanna. Kelly Clarkson’s “Since U Been Gone” was performed by Piranha to close the most recent episode.
Once everyone had performed, the audience in the studio voted. Dippy Egg, who received the fewest votes, was the first to remove their disguise, revealing Nicky Campbell, a radio and television presenter. With the fewest votes cast in favor of the Maypole and the Eiffel Tower, the panel decided to save the latter. That’s why Maypole removed their mask to expose vocalist Melody Thornton of Pussycat Doll.

In the semi-final, Lorraine Kelly joins panelists Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, and Mo Gilligan in attempting to guess the identity of the remaining five celebrities who are disguised. Additionally, there will be two contestants revealed at the conclusion of the show due to the double-elimination format, leaving three to go to the final. By Joel Dommett, the host.
