Media outlets and online enthusiasts have been speculating about the character BoA might play in ‘Marry My Husband.’ In the 7th episode aired on January 22, the name “Oh Yu Ra” was casually mentioned, fueling further curiosity.

MyDaily reports that the photograph in the drama aligns with the image of BoA presented by SM Entertainment during a press conference for her 20th debut anniversary album, ‘BETTER,’ in 2020.

As per the original web novel, the character Oh Yu Ra is portrayed as the granddaughter of an influential chaebol family and is engaged to Yu Ji Hyuk through an arranged marriage. Her depiction includes extreme elitist views and a background of school bullying, positioning her as a ‘villain’ character in the narrative.
