Recap
In the previous chapter of Martial God Regressed to Level 2, the Space League continues and Jihan’s battle with Gayoung ends with his victory. We got to see some amazing visuals of Plum Blossom tree since Gayoung is a Plum Blossom Swordsman. We also learned about the reason why Gayoung didn’t make it to the top previously.
After that, we were introduced to Baron Williams who was going up against Clark Junior. Clark Junior was a well-known player and he definitely had some negative feelings against Baron Williams, seeing how he wanted to defeat Baron and he was sure he could do it easily.
We saw that Baron Williams got conscious of Jihan in this life again, just like the previous life. Jihan was just minding his own business when Baron Williams goes up to him and begins mocking his name by calling him Chihan. Jihan corrects him first but becomes agitated after Baron’s racist remarks.
Jihan strikes Baron Williams with an attack first but he is not fazed at all and actually mocks Jihan for his weak attack. Jihan strikes again and Baron retaliates with a flame attack of his own. Jihan is thrown back and Baron Williams uses a stronger flame attack on Jihan, thinking that Jihan had surely died by then.
However, he is surprised when Jihan makes it out alive unscathed and after a couple more attacks, Baron Williams realizes that Jihan also uses force. Jihan then takes out his trump card and uses the Crystal Fragment which provides him with Divine Power for the rest of his fight with Baron.
