Witnesses identified Wallen, known for hits like “Wasted on You” and “Sand in My Boots,” as the culprit, allegedly laughing afterward.

Wallen was arrested on three counts of reckless endangerment pertaining to the officers and the public’s safety, along with a charge of disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $15,250, and he was photographed smiling for his mugshot before being released from Davidson County Jail around 3:30 a.m.

In response, Wallen’s attorney stated that he is fully cooperating with authorities. This incident adds to a string of controversies surrounding the “One Thing at a Time” performer.

In May 2020, he issued an apology after facing charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication in Nashville. Prior to that, he had been charged with DUI in 2016, though the case was later dismissed. In 2021, Wallen apologized again after footage surfaced of him using a racial slur. He expressed remorse, acknowledging the gravity of his actions and vowing to improve.
