Park Sung-hoon, recognized for his impactful roles in various dramas and films, recently shared candid insights into his work ethic and challenges with rest during a MyDaily interview at BH Entertainment’s office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

Since his debut in 2008 with a minor role in “A Frozen Flower,” Park has steadily built his career, moving between television and film. Despite his packed schedule, Park emphasized the importance of maintaining his health. While he used to take vitamins, he admitted it has been a while since he last did. Instead, he prioritizes exercise during his free time between filming commitments. However, Park noted challenges in enjoying activities like visiting a sauna due to increased public recognition, making relaxation more challenging.

To unwind and relax his mind and body, Park turns to YouTube for leisure.
