Fans are left on edge as Amane faces threats from Osaragi, and Shishiba ends up wounded, leaving them wondering what will unfold next.

The latest chapter teased the return of Akao Rion, hinting at her potential impact on the manga’s storyline.

In Sakamoto Days Chapter 161, the story continues from the previous chapter, with Shishiba revealing to Amane that he’s the one who killed his father, Satoru.

Although Shishiba discloses his role in the assassination, he refuses to explain why Satoru was targeted.

This revelation sparks a heated argument between the two characters. Despite Amane’s understanding of the nature of assassins’ work, he insists that Shishiba owes him an explanation for his actions.

During their verbal clash, Shishiba reminisces about an emotional memory involving Satoru, leading him to understand why Satoru had kept certain information from him.

However, their conversation is abruptly interrupted when Carolina launches an attack on Amane. To Amane’s surprise, Shishiba shields him from the attack, prompting him to question Shishiba’s true intentions.

Following a brief confrontation, Carolina threatens both Amane and Shishiba with a gruesome fate, forcing Amane to wrestle with the decision to abandon Shishiba or support him.

Suddenly, Kumanomi appears, further escalating the chaos. However, the situation takes an unexpected turn when a mysterious buzzsaw enters the scene, catching everyone off guard.

Carolina suspects someone is lurking nearby, prompting a frantic search. In a surprising turn of events, Kumanomi falls into a trap and is rendered helpless.

Emerging from the shadows, Osaragi reveals herself as she approaches the injured Shishiba, urging him to hold on and assuring him of her return. She then directs her attention to Amane, accusing him of harming Shishiba.

Meanwhile, in the storage vault beneath the museum, Nagumo and Slur engage in a confrontation. Slur makes cryptic remarks about Nagumo, leaving him puzzled.

As Sakamoto Days Chapter 161 concludes, Nagumo’s expression turns startled as he mentions Akao’s name, hinting at a significant revelation to come.

Expectation

In Sakamoto Days Chapter 162, there may be more revelations about Shishiba’s past and his connection to Satoru’s death as he lies dying.

However, with Osaragi’s sudden appearance and accusation against Amane, it’s more likely a confrontation will occur between the two before that can happen.
