(USDS), a part of “Project Texas,” aimed at meeting regulatory requirements.

USDS, overseen by TikTok, manages access to U.S. user data and content moderation systems within the secure Oracle Cloud. The new partnerships designate HaystackID and OnDefend as Independent Security Inspectors (ISIs) to ensure robust security and integrity across TikTok’s platform.
