Eiser finally managed to find where Victor had kept Serena and entered with his guns blazing, ready to kill anyone and everyone in sight. Recap
In the previous chapter of Serena, Frederick finds out Serena’s whereabouts, and Eiser receives a call from Serena who knocks one of the guards unconscious to use the phone. Eiser reassures Serena and asks her for her location or any other details she can remember. Eiser gets a vague idea about her location when Frederick calls him.
He tells Eiser about the place where Victor had been keeping Serena and tells him that he can’t go in to save her because of the barricades around the place. Frederick tells Eiser that he would have an easier time getting past the barricades, and Eiser prepares guns to leave for the location.
She also has conflicting thoughts about Eiser since he is the guy she hated the most at one point in time. She did not trust him at all just some time ago but now, he was the person she kept thinking about, and he was also the first person she called when she got her hands on the phone.
Suddenly, one of her guards barges in and tells her that Victor had come back while panicking. He asked Serena to sign the document since Victor was going to kill her and everyone there if she didn’t sign it. Serena refuses to sign, and the guy starts manhandling her while trying to convince her to sign forcefully.
That is when gunshots ring, and Eiser enters the room with a gun in his hand. He shoots the guy who was holding Serena, and she falls down while panicking about the loud gunshots. She does not want to see the similarities between Eiser and Victor, and she screams at Eiser not to kill the man.
