The Chicago Bears face a significant decision concerning the pivotal position in the NFL, one that has sparked divergent opinions among many.

In just over two months, the Bears’ front office must decide whether to retain quarterback Justin Fields as their starter or opt for a rookie quarterback with the first overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

This decision might even arrive sooner, given speculation over Fields’ social media activity, notably his potential unfollowing of the Bears on Instagram.

Several NFL teams have purportedly contacted Chicago regarding a potential trade for the former first-round draft pick during this year’s Senior Bowl, sparking widespread discussion on the matter. Among those voicing their opinions is WWE superstar and avid Bears fan Seth “Freakin” Rollins.

While in Las Vegas for the Wrestlemania XL Kickoff earlier this month at the T-Mobile Arena, Seth Rollins shared his outspoken views on the Bears’ quarterback situation, including Justin Fields, and the approaching 2024 NFL Draft.

The WWE world heavyweight champion also weighed in on his Super Bowl pick for Sunday’s game, along with his prediction for the two teams set to clash in the 2025 Super Bowl.

“I’m a Fields guy, man, I’m a Fields guy,” Rollins said emphatically. “I love him, I love what he does, what he stands for.

“I think he’s got the capability to take a team to the Super Bowl and I’d like it to be my team and not somebody else’s team so I think we keep building around him and move forward and if we continue the progress that we made this season, next season is gonna look real good.”

If the Bears opt to heed Rollins’ advice and retain Fields, it would be prudent to consider acquiring additional offensive weapons to bolster their roster.

”I want (Ohio State WR) Marvin Harrison,” Rollins said. “Yeah, I want Harrison. We definitely can add another wideout.”

Rollins is eagerly anticipating his challenger for the WrestleMania 40 event in Philadelphia, scheduled for April 6-7. The opponent will be decided at the Elimination Chamber event in Perth, Australia, set for Saturday.
