Actor Brendan Hunt and his fiancée, Shannon Nelson, welcomed their second child, son Archie, into their family. Hunt shared the happy news on Instagram, revealing that Archie arrived three days earlier than expected.

In a slideshow post, Hunt introduced Archie, born on March 1st, as the newest member of their family, weighing over 9lbs. He expressed gratitude for Archie’s perfect health and praised Shannon as a “weary hero” for her peaceful recovery.

The post featured snapshots of Archie taken shortly after his birth and at home with his family. Hunt humorously mentioned Archie’s resemblance to his older brother and joked about his uncertain hair colour.

He also shared that Archie had already met family members and watched his first Arsenal game, declaring their family a “Fabulous Foursome.”

In a playful twist, Hunt photoshopped his own beard onto Archie’s face for a surreal baby photo, adding a touch of humour to the announcement.

The couple had revealed their pregnancy in September, with Nelson hinting at their expanding family while sharing a photo of her baby bump alongside a research paper.

Their older son, Sean, is two years old. In June of the previous year, Hunt had announced their engagement with a heartwarming photo of Nelson accepting his proposal on social media.
