Twenty-five women compete for a single man’s attention on the reality TV series The Bachelor in an attempt to find true love. The Bachelor is followed in this one-hour prime-time show as he navigates the drama and challenges of dating multiple women at once. Although Joey is the new bachelor, he resembles the typical bachelor more than the perfect one.
The American dating and relationship reality television series The Bachelor debuted on ABC on March 25, 2002. For the first 25 seasons of the show, Chris Harrison hosted it.
The Bachelorette launched the Bachelor franchise, and its success spawned several spin-offs, such as Bachelor Pad, Bachelor in Paradise, Bachelor in Paradise: After Paradise, The Bachelor Winter Games, The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart, The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons – Ever!, and The Golden Bachelor.
It gave rise to multiple international adaptations of the shows as well. On May 16, 2023, ABC said that the show would return for a twenty-eighth season. The show revolves around a single bachelor who must select a fiancée from a group of possible love interests from the beginning.
Every week during the season, the bachelor eliminates a contender (see The Elimination Process). His chosen candidate then receives a marriage proposal. The elimination-style premise of the show is the root of all internal and external disputes in the series, even though the competitors visit stunning and exotic locations on their dates.

Edwina, Kelsey A., Lexi, Allison, Madina, Chrissa, Lea, Sydney, and Maria went with Joey to the Mrs. Right Pageant, which was the first group date of the week. When Joey revealed that a few women would be spending the day with them, their tummies fell, but any anxiety vanished as soon as the ASKN girls took the stage.
In honour of their favourite Bachelor (sorry, Gerry), April, Susan, Kathy, and Nancy from The Golden Bachelor came together to assist him in finding the right partner. The three sections of the pageant—a talent presentation, a Q&A, and a Lazy Sunday Fits fashion display—were given one hour to be practised by the contestants.
Following the seating of the live audience, the eight women entered the stage, dressed in robes and slippers, to showcase their interpretation of Sunday Loungewear. A tennis racquet and ball were emblazoned on the back of Kelsey A.’s shorts, going above and above.
Did Joey catch a whiff of Maria’s whipped sock off, which she threw to her like a garter? April questioned Maria about how she would make things interesting after 30 years of marriage if things stopped “working quite the same” for him, while Sydney was asked whether she had ever “had to fake it.”
These two Golden Bachelor superstars conducted the Q&A segments. After questioning Lexi about Joey’s greatest attractive feature, Kathy asked Kelsey A. what would happen if she and Joey were stranded in an elevator.
