Plot

The Circle is a reality show where contestants live in separate apartments in the same building and communicate only through a special app called “The Circle”. They can chat, share photos, and write bios but can’t meet face-to-face.

Contestants can pretend to be someone else, known as catfishing, to win allies and popularity. They also rate each other, and those with low ratings can be blocked and kicked out.

Season 6 adds a twist with an AI bot named Max joining as the ultimate catfish. Max acts human and has studied past seasons to fit in. His profile says he’s a 26-year-old vet intern from the Midwest, even showing him with a dog. But don’t worry, Max doesn’t know the players beforehand and interacts on his own, with no help from producers.
