After getting almost killed by the Mermans due to Llyod’s horrible singing, Llyod and Xavier have finally gotten accepted by the Merman Kingdom. Even though this acceptance is due to Xavier’s beauty, it’s still worth it nonetheless. 

Now that Llyod has reached the Merman Kingdom, he can now set his plans in motion. Witness the Journey of Xavier and Llyod in the Kingdom of Mermans in The Greatest Estate Developer Chapter 126! 

The Chapter opens up with Llyod and Xavier departing for the Commerce City Cremo. Xavier asks Llyod why he didn’t just ask the Dragon King to send them to the Merman Kingdom. Llyod tells Xavier that there’s a line they should never tread when dealing with beings who can kill them with only a flick of their finger. Llyod assures Xavier that he has many hints about the Merman Kingdom so finding it won’t be an issue.

According to the novel read by Llyod, the Merman kingdom is supposed to be hidden somewhere in the harshest of seas. As far as Llyod knows, the harshest sea is the northern sea of the Laurasia continent. Because a lot of ships from Cremo visit the northern sea, it makes Cremo the perfect place to start the search for the Merman kingdom.

Xavier and Llyod arrive at the port of Cremo and find that the place has turned very lively in the past few months. Llyod looks at all the commotion at the port and remembers how Cremo was devastated due to a Gigatitan in the novel. The Devastation of the city led the Count into distress and all the people to poverty and homelessness.

Llyod knows that his interventions are the reason that made this city happy but he still couldn’t digest the fact that he didn’t get anything for his work. Llyod starts crying while thinking he should have asked for more rewards but Xavier thinks that Llyod is crying because he’s happy for the people. 

With tears in his eyes, Llyod continues to walk towards the Count’s palace with Xavier. The Count of Cremo gets extremely happy after seeing Llyod and he immediately hugs him. The Count expresses his gratitude towards Llyod as he’s the savior of Cremo but Llyod doesn’t like the Count’s way of expressing it.

Llyod pushes the Count and tells him that he wants to ask for a favor. The Count finally lets Llyod go from his tight grip and then they sit down to have a chat. Llyod tells the Count that he wants to hire a ship so that he can go to the Merman Kingdom. Llyod further adds that even though this sounds a bit ridiculous, he has his reasons for doing this.

Surprisingly, The Count doesn’t find Llyod’s request to be ridiculous as he already knows an exceptionally talented ship captain who is famous for his encounter with the Merman Kingdom. The Count further adds that he can introduce Llyod to this ship captain but it would be up to Llyod to deal with that weirdo.

Llyod readily agrees with the Count and soon meets with the Famous Ship Captain. Llyod immediately asks the Ship Captain to tell him how he visited the Merman Kingdom and the captain replies that he sang for the Mermans as this is the only way to prove that you are a friend and not a foe.

Llyod gets shocked to hear that he would need to sing as his singing isn’t that great. He asks the Captain if Xavier can sing instead of him and the Captain replies that someone as handsome as Xavier would get invited without the need to sing so Llyod needs to sing for himself.

The Captain tells Llyod that he doesn’t need to worry about his singing and then he recalls an incident from his childhood to explain his words. The Captain says that he fell in the sea once during his childhood and the Mermans caught him. Even though he was scared at first because of the muscular bodies of the Mermans, he suddenly remembered his grandpa’s words and calmed down. 

The Captain then sang for the Mermans while he was almost drowning and the Mermans still smiled and let him go. The Captain further adds that the Mermans don’t hear the song, they hear the truthful feelings of the singer.

Llyod and Xavier finally arrive at the vicinity of the Merman Kingdom and Llyod begins singing. Sadly for Llyod, his singing makes the Mermans furious and they attack the ship Luckily Xavier takes the lead and the Mermans stop immediately because they find him handsome.
