Seo Ki Joo is a photographer who owns a small photo studio, but there’s a twist – it’s only for ghosts. He’s the seventh owner of this special place, where he takes portraits of the spirits who visit.

Han Bom is a lawyer who’s all about fairness and fighting injustice. She unexpectedly finds herself teaming up with Ki Joo’s photo studio. They’re joined by two employees: Assistant Manager Go, who brings in ghostly customers, and Baek Nam Gu, who handles various tasks around the shop.

Together, Ki Joo, Bom, Assistant Manager Go, and Nam Gu form an unusual team, running the ghostly photo studio and dealing with the unique challenges that come their way. With their different skills and personalities, they face the world of spirits while also dealing with everyday tasks and mysteries in their own special way.

The Midnight Studio Episode 13 Recap

In episode 13 of “The Midnight Studio,” things get intense when Seon-Ho confesses to some dark deeds. He reveals how he caused a deadly accident that took the lives of Han Bom’s parents and Ki-Joo’s uncle. Seon-Ho’s actions lead to him being possessed by an evil ghost, who urges him to commit more harm, including attacking Ki-Joo by stabbing him.

After being stabbed by Seon-Ho, Ki-Joo flees from the scene, with Seon-Ho in hot pursuit. Just when it seems like Seon-Ho might catch him, Ki-Joo manages to reach a crowded area and collapses, ending up in the hospital. Seon-Ho assumes Ki-Joo is dead, but to his surprise, Ki-Joo survives a major surgery.

Meanwhile, Han Bom is devastated to discover that Ki-Joo is now a ghost. As she deals with this shocking revelation, she receives news that Ki-Joo is still alive and undergoing treatment. Elsewhere, Seon-Ho and the evil ghost plot to break into Ki-Joo’s photo studio to steal a magical camera, but their plans are thwarted when they realize Ki-Joo is alive.

In a desperate attempt to eliminate Ki-Joo, Seon-Ho barges into the hospital ward where Ki-Joo is being treated. Han Bom tries to protect Ki-Joo from Seon-Ho and the evil ghost, creating a safe zone around them.

Meanwhile, Assistant Go and Baek Nam-Gu work to gather evidence against Seon-Ho, but their efforts are foiled when Seon-Ho frames Han Bom for murder, leading to her arrest. As Ki-Joo, now a ghost, watches helplessly, Han Bom is taken away by the police, leaving him unable to intervene due to his ghostly form.
