WWE has a long history of creating iconic wrestling groups. One of the most memorable ones is the Ministry of Darkness, which featured The Undertaker and other big stars in the late 90s.

Fans have always wondered why Kane, The Undertaker’s brother, wasn’t included in the Ministry. Finally, The Undertaker himself answered this question during a recent Q&A session.

The Undertaker Explains:

The Undertaker revealed that Kane had never planned to be part of the Ministry. At that time, Kane was actually having a successful run as a solo wrestler.

“I don’t remember Kane ever being considered,” The Undertaker said. “It’s funny, I don’t recall where we were at in our story at that point. I think Kane was actually doing really well on his own, having a strong singles run. So I don’t think he was ever really considered.”

The Ministry of Darkness established itself as a dominant faction during the Attitude Era. Led by The Undertaker’s dark persona, the group consisted of fearsome wrestlers like The Acolytes and Viscera.

They feuded with some of the biggest names in WWE, including Stone Cold Steve Austin, and their dark rituals and imposing presence left a lasting impact.
