Former President Donald Trump took to his Truth Social page to unleash a barrage of criticism aimed at Judge Arthur Engoron as he grapples with financial constraints to appeal a significant New York fraud ruling against him.

In his fiery social media post, Trump lambasted New York Attorney General Letitia James for initiating a business fraud lawsuit against the Trump Organization. He accused Engoron of being James’ “puppet” and criticized the perceived hostility towards businesses in New York State.

Describing Engoron as a “Crazed, Trump-Hating, Rogue Judge,” Trump alleged that the judge lacked respect for appellate judges and had compromised the legal system in New York.

Trump’s outburst extended to multiple follow-up posts, where he vehemently objected to Engoron’s rulings and the financial requirements imposed on him.

Trump expressed outrage at the prospect of having to put up “Hundreds of Millions of Dollars” as bond for the right to appeal, arguing that it would force him to sell assets at reduced prices. He labeled the situation as a “WITCH HUNT” and accused Engoron of interfering with the election.

The former president further criticized Engoron’s demand for him to pay the fine before initiating the appeal process, considering it unprecedented.
