TVXQ’s Changmin is set to make his debut as a musical actor! On March 25, production company EMK Musical Company (EMK) revealed the cast lineup for the upcoming 2024 musical “Benjamin Button.”
Adapted from F. Scott Fitzgerald’s short novel, it is a musical immersed in the vibrant Jazz Age era. It promises to narrate the poignant journey of Benjamin Button, who paradoxically ages in reverse, experiencing both the wins and tribulations of life.
Changmin, making his musical debut in this production, embraces the role of Benjamin Button, a man born elderly who ages in reverse, joined by actors Kim Jae Beom and Kim Sung Sik.
Actresses Kim So Hyang, Park Eun Mi, and Lee Ah Reum Sol portray Bleu Lou Monnier, the female jazz club singer.
Additional cast members include Ha Eun Seom as Kim Na Yoon, Kim Ji Seon as Mama, the jazz club owner, alongside Min Jae Wan and Park Kwang Seon as Jerry, Bleu Lou Monnier’s manager.
The musical “Benjamin Button” is scheduled to grace the stage of the Sejong M Theater in Seoul, running from May 11 to June 30. Are you eagerly anticipating Changmin’s musical debut?
