In Unknown, Wei Qian carries the weight of his family’s welfare on his shoulders since his parents passed away when he was young. Alongside caring for his biological sister, Wei Li Li, he also looks after Wei Zhi Yuan, whom he has taken in as his own brother.
Despite facing risks, Wei Qian works tirelessly in illegal jobs to support his siblings. Fortunately, his childhood friend San Pang helps him steer back onto the right path. As Wei Qian’s life starts to stabilize, Xiao Yuan confesses his feelings and kisses him forcefully.
Angered by this unexpected advance, Wei Qian decides to send Xiao Yuan overseas. However, Wei Qian finds himself battling with conflicting emotions, questioning whether their bond as non-blood-related brothers could evolve into something more romantic.
