Daniel Rodimer, formerly known as Dan Rodman during his WWE tenure from 2006 to 2007, has resurfaced due to his involvement in a murder case.

Rodimer, wanted for questioning in a murder investigation, voluntarily surrendered to authorities after an arrest warrant was issued. Following his surrender, he posted bail. The case pertains to a homicide that occurred on October 29 at Resorts World Las Vegas.

Reports from CBS’ KLAS Channel 8 in Las Vegas confirm Rodimer’s surrender and subsequent posting of bail. According to KoloTV, he has been indicted on a murder charge in relation to the death of Christopher Tapp, who suffered a fatal head injury during a Halloween Party at a Las Vegas Strip hotel.

In response to the indictment, Rodimer’s defense attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, assert his innocence, stating, “Rodimer maintains his complete innocence and looks forward to his day in court.”

Despite these assertions, Rodimer’s legal future remains uncertain. He is scheduled to appear before a Nevada judge on May 8 for further legal proceedings.
