Zico expressed regret for unintentionally igniting the ‘Dance Challenge’ phenomenon during his guest appearance on the February 17th episode of MBC’s ‘Point of Omniscient Interfere’. He provided insights into his role as a producer at KOZ Entertainment and his experiences as a celebrity.

In the episode, Zico disclosed that he has been attributed to initiating a fresh ‘dance challenge’ trend. The trend surged in popularity on various social media platforms subsequent to Zico’s ‘Any Song challenge’ and has evolved into a crucial promotional tool for new music releases within the K-pop sphere. He commented,

“Usually, singers rest or practice for their performance during the break. But nowadays, they have to meet up with their colleagues and film ‘challenge’ videos. They also have to know all the others’ choreography. So I apologize now that I’m here.”
